Yuma's Best Gift Shop

Take a stroll downtown and step into Twig Gift and Garden if you're looking for a unique gift item. According to The Sun's readers, that's Yuma's Best Gift Shop.

"Oh my goodness," said owner Jan Wilson after a deep breath and momentary silence. "Wow! I'm amazed because there's so many other stores in town now."

Fudge, jewelry, furniture, candles, angels and Snow Babies are among the many gifts to choose from. "We have unusual items," Wilson said.

"We strive to get things before the big-box stores get them, but we just carry the newest things."

She offered thanks to those who voted for Twig: "Thank you. Thank you. Our staff thanks you. We really appreciate customers' confidence in us. We appreciate their appreciation. We appreciate their vote."

Twig is at 299 Main St., 782-9220. It's open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
