Best Heating and Cooling Service

Quick Refrigeration has been Yuma's Best Heating and Cooling Service for two years running, thanks to The Sun's readers who have put them at the top once again for 2006.

Art Elias, co-owner and general manager, said he is "thrilled, since this is our second year in a row."

The company strives to "go the extra mile on customer service," he said. "We offer one-year warranties on parts and labor when we go out on service calls. Then we call our customers after - we make 'Happy Calls'- to make sure they're sincerely satisfied with our service.

"We try to be very prompt, our service technicians and installers are customer-oriented. We give quality work, quality equipment and quality installation because an installation or service call is only as good as the equipment used and the technicians.

"We appreciate everything you did to vote us No. 1. We've been in business since 1955, and we were also awarded the President's Award from Trane (brand) for 2006. Only one is awarded in the state per year."

Located at 190 W. 10th St., the company's business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Technicians are on call 24 hours per day, seven days a week, and the number is 782-3691.
