Welcome to Workplace Excellence, celebrating Great Places to Work in and around Yuma, Arizona.

This annual contest has garnered more than 750 nominations for over 200 businesses in the past 5 years. The annual awards luncheon, featuring fabulous speakers and entertainment, has been attended by over 1,600 area business professionals.

Prizes are awarded in three categories of small, medium and large business, with a special Work Life Balanace Award and an overall winner.

Past overall winners include Desert Veterinary Clinic (2005), Yuma Regional Medical Center (2006), Papa San Rice Bowl (2007), and Arizona Western College (2008).
